I visited once and that will be the last time I ever use this cleaner. I brought in several items, including one pair of brand new, $100 pair of wool pants. These pants were in perfect condition, and only 3 months old. The pants were returned to me with several small holes in various spots along the left leg. When I came back to this cleaner a few days later with the destroyed pants in hand, I was told the holes were the work of "bugs" and it wasn't their fault. The operator of the business refused to discuss it with me, insisting that bugs in my house created the holes before I brought the pants in. I tried to show her the receipt that I had just purchased the pants in June, but she was not interested in discussing the matter reasonably. Bottom line, this business ruined my pants and refused to accept responsibility. Use their services at your own risk.
