Healthcare Strategic Initiatives

I worked at NextGen for 6 years. My family and I were new to the St. Louis area so I was grateful to find a decent job in the field I've worked in for several years. I met some really great people while working there, but there are issues with the upper management. Many managers, supervisors and others voluntarily leaving the company. The last few years micromanaging become very uncomfortable for some, which motivated some employees to look for work elsewhere. In addition, there isn't room for growth in the departments. I think if the company worked on issues in these areas, they may see a change with employee turnover.
