    Sent a email about the problems I had at another location & no response. All about getting ur money anyway they can. Double check ur cards for charges.

    We were treated so poorly and lied about before being told we had to leave. We were confronted and threatened by a staff members husband for getting in their way while trying to check in. We then reported it to the desk clerk whose name was Kory. We checked in and went to our room which was not clean. When we went back to Kory she promptly apologized and upgraded us to a king suite. This room was cleaner but still not great. The pool was very cold but the hot tub was warm. On Tuesday morning we asked to have our sheets changed and we went out. When we returned they were still not changed and when we spoke to the desk they sent someone up who handed us sheets and expected us to change them. We then spoke to a manager who informed us that the desk clerk claimed we called the first employee a towelhead we then confronted them about this and were told they have audio recordings and would check on them but could not show them to us. We then walked away and went to our room where the manager called and said we would feel better if you left. I asked if we were being kicked out and was told no. When I said we didnt want to leave he then said we have to leave and threatened to call the police. At this point we had been lied about and lied to as well. Slander is not something that should be taken lightly but these employees had no problem using it. Funny that the same woman who upgraded us when we asked for something to be cleaned was the same woman who falsely claims that we used the word Towelhead and was offended. Then the Manager told us that the staff was uncomfortable with us being there but the head of housekeeping had no idea why we were leaving. Seems she would have some knowledge of it if Mike the manager had spoken to staff. What a sickening experience. Glad to say it will not be repeated as we or our ministry will ever stay here again. We will also be sure to send all associates elsewhere. He only positive was Adalia, the head of housekeeping who was so wonderful to us.

    The management of the Drury Hotel in Westminster, CO charged us $243/night or $486 for two nights. I had motion sickness and couldnt sleep the second night and my wife packed us up and I was admitted into the Broomfield hospital at 8:45 am. We didnt get our breakfast nor stay till our check out time as a result of my serious illness. When I asked if the manager could comp something towards this, she said no.I was also told we didnt pay for our breakfast as it is a freebie thrown in by Drury. I tipped 3-4 staff people because it was a privilege, but this manager makes me regret that we stayed here. stayed here. We then cancelled two other reservations in two cities and we said wed never stay at a Drury again.

    What a joke. Made reservation with a different card and they would not let me check in without card confirmation! First they said they could email for confirmation the. Said they couldn't. Then she said all they had was some piece of paper. Very, very rude, unwilling to help and left me stranded. All the girl with the lip and nose piercing could say was, "Yoi should have handled this before you came." I'll never use or recommend this hotel ever!!!
