White Castle Regional Office

For the love of God , just post a closed sign on your Collinsville, Illinois location 3 car out of 6-7 stays in line long enough to place an order. The 2 of those gives up waiting to pay for their food. The WORST service ever, truckstop White Castles are a better choice.

Horrible. Two workers manning the restaurant at 5 pm dinner hour. The two workers complained about having no help but a person who was there for an interview was turned away. We waited 45 minutes for a crave case as a birthday party dinner. Everyone at the party was so so disappointed at the White Castle corp. close up the corporation and restaurants if you are going to treat us customers with disrespect

White Castle on Lemay and Forder is a joke! I will never go back. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and not one person would stop talking long enough to wait on me. Finally when I asked if I could order something the guy was so rude I should of just left then, and when my order was done they slammed it on the counter and walked away. When I got home the order was wrong. I worked for this company for years and this would of never been tolerated. Employee #2174 should be fired!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. Maryland, Heights location is HORRIBLE!! EVERYONE who works there have horrible customer service and look a hot mess. My food was made incorrectly and I didnt get an apology. Girl at the window (who had the thickest eyelashes in America) just walked away from the window. A guy then came back to the window to hand me my food. The manager was standing right there with the biggest attitude ever. As she always does. Last time I bought from that location she was hollering at her employees. Some people just dont know how to manage. Whomever Chick fi-la used for their customer service White Castle need to hire the same company because the food and service ALWAYS SUCK!! You must not be paying your workers much; so I guess you get what you pay for.
