If you received a check from an item you sold online and the item amount is greater than the selling price. ITS A ScAM. You'll be asked to deposit the check. It would be approved at first but the bank will find out that's it's fraudulent. They are using this company to produce fake checks. The company apparently does not have anything to do with it. I called in to K and S and was informed that many people recently are getting scammed. Do not. Do not deposit it. If you already did. Do not touch the money. Report it to your bank and explain it to them. Don't use the money or it'll come out of your pocket. Best to report it to the police as well.

Saying that they have absolutely zero care for the surrounding neighborhoods and streets is an understatement. Their work on Brentwood High School has been nothing short of a disaster. Half the street closed down, the other half of the street completely backed up and congested with construction vehicles. Workers park their cars in front of your house. The street is absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, gravel, and various parts are in the street. No one seems to have bothered to clean it up. This has been going on for the past 3 months and there is seemingly no end in sight

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of ignorance and disrespect this company and its crew has for the people living around/next to their construction site in Ballwin. The list is long at this point, but it was topped by them starting to drill well before 7AM (which is legally when they are allowed) this morning. Combine that with cut power lines, cable lines, and utter lack of respect by crew members who stood screaming profanities in my lawn while my children sat and listened. The conduct of your company is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
