We had gotten two other quotes for the teardown and removal of our wooden deck and a rebuild of a low maintenance deck. Alex, the Founder of Remodel Tech was able to provide us the best quote which, included a military discount. They built us a new deck with Zuri - Premium Decking which, is guaranteed not to staining, fading and resist scratches. All we have to do is hose it off to clean it. The railing is made of aluminum, by Westbury. Alex kept us informed during this time by phone calls, messages and was even at our home 4 or 5 times checking out the work. If he was not satisfied with the building materials he would return for new materials. It did take a little longer than I was told it would take to complete but, they were doing the work during the hottest park of the summer and no shaded. We enjoy going out there every evening having dinner, enjoy having friends over and just relaxing on our brand new deck. We would consider hiring them in the future for other home projects.
