Staff are thieves. As an employee, I was hospitalized and while I was gone, staff stole my eyeglasses and a Bluetooth speaker. Not trustworthy or professional. And that crabby woman named Karen needs to stay away from any customer. She came across rude and uncouth.

We have been working with Bon Appetite (Washington University in St. Louis) for about a year now and their team (especially Brittni) is awesome! Very friendly, responsive and just easy to work with. Thank you!

Event was to begin at 1pm. Catering arrived after 1 and began to set up. Most of the guests had already arrived and the hostess was trying to reach the caters emergency number only to be put in voicemail. The hostess already began contingency plans to get food through an on site cafe when catering finally arrived. Caterer acknowledged 1pm event but made no apologies and when told that too little time remained for eating, said thats why there are to go trays. Absolutely frustrating and unnecessary. Took the enjoyment out of an otherwise impeccably scheduled event.
