They lied when we looked at the car, lied when we test drove it, and lied when we purchased it. The car was a disaster. A former Imports Ltd. employee saw the car when I took it in for major repairs and guessed immediately where I had bought it. He pointed out to me the cover-ups and cosmetic tricks they use to cover rust damage and other problems. Most dishonest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with. I'd hate to have their karma. It will catch up with them if it hasn't already.

Went to view cars and tried asking question but the staff was very rude. A staff member almost hit me with a car while I was walking on the lot. They locked the door in my face as i was asking about the mileage on a couple cars.

I was interested in buying a car from this dealer. I first spoke with Prince. Totally nice guy, seemed to be wanting to help me out. I filled out the credit app, and called the end of the dayboost, status update. It wasn't ready yet, no big deal. I call the next day, Prince tells me he just got in, on his day off, to work on my stuff. He asks me to text tax info so he can keep going on the approval. I send them to his personal cell phone. He tells he will call in a few minutes. Well, 3 hours later I call to check. He left for the day. Chris tells me finance guy is busy, so call back in 20 min. He then hangs up without a goodbye. I call back in 20 min. Jim, one of the managers answers. He is really nice, talks with me about some credit stuff and says he will keep in contact. Well, here we are, 3 days later and absolutely no calls back from anyone. I ended up going to Boost Auto in st. Charles. The owner was awesome at boost, and I found my car there. Buying a car is already a stress, but being lied to and never getting a call back is just rude. I won't recommend imports to anyone.
