JLee Carpet & floor cleaning came out to clean a staircase that had difficult stains and a sofa that had not been cleaned in several years. Zach did an amazing job and the sofa and carpeting look like new! He took the time to read the label on the sofa to see what material it was made from to ensure that it was cleaned correctly and at the proper temperature. He also took the time to re-examine the entire sofa and the stairs before he left to make sure that he didnt need to touch anything up. He was very professional and courteous and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He even took the time to show me that there was cleaning solution left from the previous company that was not removed. I will only use this company from now on! They did a fantastic job and truly care about giving you the best service possible! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this company!
