If your case manager is Angela Moyer you need to change it as soon as possible! She is the worst, she does not care about the hardship yo are going through . She will pay you whenever she feels like. And most importantly , she will completely ignore all calls or emails. Trst me, don't allow your case to be handled by her

Beyond frustrated. Their claimant service is abysmal. My payments have suddenly stopped even though there is no reason for it. I have emailed and called multiple times. They don't answer the phone, don't call back and don't respond to email. This is the reason people involve attorneys because Gallagher Bassett does not fulfill their responsibilities.

The most inept claims adjusters ever. Won't return your calls, won't answer your e-mails. Their playbook is to annoy and frustrate the insured(ME) and the claimant (my employee) to the point where they feel like giving up. I had a workman's comp claim and it took over a week for the adjuster, Sarah Slone, just to call me back. Andrew Link, the supervisor, assured me that "everything would be taken care of" regarding my claim. But despite numerous phones calls and e-mails neither Mr. Andrew Link or Ms. Sarah Slone has called back in a remotely timely manner. After reporting my claim with these adjusters, I have spoken to Ms. Sarah Slone only once and I have spoken Mr. Andrew Link only once. I've gotten one written response from each of them, despite sending them nearly a dozen requests for correspondence. Ms. Slone, finally set-up a phone interview for the claimant at 12pm, the following day. SHE NEVER CALLED! Since then, I have left voicemails, sent several e-mails and even attempted to get Mr. Andrew Link's co-worker to get him to contact me. I'm currently on my 4th day after speaking with Ms. Slone and Mr. Link and no one has attempted to contact me or e-mail regarding the insurance policy I paid for. Caveat Emptor.(Buyer Beware)

Horrible experience. Won't return calls, won't give you a copy of anything when they do. Vicky was rude and against me 100%. This place is awful!
