First, the phone listed is this guys personal cell phone and he wont answer- you have to text. So I did. All I need is an estimate. He asked me to send photos of the damage, so I did. He then asks if I have talked to my insurance because "looks like an expensive repair" I explained how I would be paying. Four hours go by and I ask him if he will do the estimate. I never got any response. I won't call again. Cant understand why this business is rated so well.

I highly recommend Southtown Auto Body Shop. Their communication was excellent. They kept me updated and expressed care about my being without my car. Cost was very reasonable. When I picked it up, they went over everything they did and explained it professionally and respectfully. I’ve had at least seven repairs over the years, and this was by far, the best service I’ve experienced. The car looks wonderful. Thank you!

So satisfied with the work Skyler did on my car! I had an unfortunate incident with a deer a couple weeks back and he was quick to answer my questions and help me figure out next steps. He completed the work quickly and was very responsive through the process. I highly recommend this shop for your auto body needs!
