When we first moved into St Louis from China (2011), our friends found this apt for us. But what happened half way through our lease was scary. I was on my way to work and got a call from my wife saying there was someone trying to break in and she hided herself into bathroom. I immediately run back and found a guy carrying our stuff out. He immediatly run off with our stuff. Then we called the police. Interestly, in the stairway when I was leading the way for the police, I recognize the maintenance guy in the hallway to be the one breaking into our apt. Then the police arrested him. We moved out as soon as we found another apt since it was not safe for us. The apt never gave back our deposite though we gave them our new address. We did not know enough back then. But stay away from this company!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Some one was murdered on my floor.
This place is disgusting. There is trash in the stair well exists and entrances, I don't mean liter, I mean dirty diapers, weaves and rotten food.
I lived in this complex for a little over a year and I had my apartment broken into and my tires slashed. When I asked them to fix the doors to make them more secure, they ignored my request.
Six months later an 18 year old kid was murdered in the building. The bloody scene was left for 4 days before they cleaned it up.
When I expressed concern with the murder, they told me that murders can happen anywhere, "some one could be murdered in a Taco Bell parking lot." and that the boy didn't actually die in the building, he died in the ambulance. He was just shot in the building.
My heat would go out constantly.
When I reported the break in that took place in my apartment the police officer told me that over the past couple years several similar related break-ins have occurred and that she suspected the maintenance crew were connected.
The gated parking lot gate would always break. Making me and my roommate late for work in the mornings. But parking on the street I learned was not a good idea after my tires were slashed.
STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
