I had no intention of living downtown but upon discovery of One Cardinal Way I was memorized by the whole experience. The stadium. The amenities list and overall views captured me. I also loved that Jake stayed engaged with me and kept me excited through the entire process.

We do not live at One Cardinal Way all the time, so I am not there to see if the shower is no longer dripping. We are at our house in Springfield, MO. But we are hoping that it is finally fixed and will review on our next trip back!! We will be there for Winter Warm up if not before. Thank you! When we came back the Shower Head was fixed and no longer dripping. Thank you!

DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. I called to inquire on a one bedroom and Jake the person with the worst customer service Ive ever seen answered the phone. All I asked when he answered the phone was do they allow corporate leasing. Jake answers yes, Whats the name of your company. I told him the name of our company. He then proceeded to ask me a list of questions that I thought was a bit much considering Im just asking if theres a 1 bedroom available or not. He asked me more questions including whats the name of your webpage, who do you service, How long do they stay. Ive never had to fill out a survey over the phone anywhere to know if they have availability or not. So I disconnected the call. He then calls me back from the desk phone there. I know this because it clearly says one cardinal way on the caller id. I dont answer , he then calls from his personal cell number, I dont answer that either. He then sends me a text message that he clearly had an attitude in and just wanted to get the last word. He stated in the text Im sorry you dont have a website he doesnt know what I have but he was mad because I hung up on him. Moral of the story hes extremely unprofessional and he let his emotions get the best of him. DONT RENT HERE

I made a few payments and was told they would be refunded to me. These payments totaling close to $700 were never refunded to me and the office employee I was working with, has been very delayed in communicating back to me. Seems he is always on vacation. Unfortunately, the communication was very delayed and very unclear and the most recent communication Ive had, I was told they are not going to refund me the money. Even though I have text communication where the employee told me it would be refunded.
