Living rooms are huge. The apartment has more than enough closet space.

Very nice apartments, exactly what you would expect, nothing too fancy but very clean. When I first moved in my apartment had brand new carpet. The only issue was a broken dishwasher which was replaced in about a week. Erin the building manager and Robert in charge of maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The building has an onsite parking garage and an uncovered lot. Some apartments have a balcony. Street parking near the building isnt terrible. There's another review talking about HOA fees and I have no idea what they're talking about, there are no additional fees just the rent with all utilities but electric included. Parking costs extra too.

I saw a review from a unit owner who nailed it! I can confirm everything that he stated and then some. I believe his name was Aaron. Old building, very poorly maintained, lobby leaves much to be desired and the building, besides falling apart, is dirty. I conversed with others in the building who like Aaron, are owners and are very unhappy and mentioned the high cost for repairs in addition to the HOA high fees as well. One has a family member who is an attorney and is researching some things. Not good! Once my lease is up, I’ll go elsewhere. It’s just worth it.

Not sure how these places operate from the rental side (I’m sure they’re not bad as erin from the main office is very helpful, I think she just has limited/poor resources). However, from an ownership side I would recommend to stay as far away from this place as you can. The HOA fees are insanely high and you get nothing to show from them. The building is falling apart, dirty, dated etc. when it’s time to “fix” these issues they just force a fee on the owners even though these astronomical HOA fees are supposed to cover maintenance. The person who runs this building (erins boss, Steve), does not seem to know what he’s doing or is extremely behind on the times of management. Very poor experience so far. Had very high hopes for this building when I started buying units here and have been extremely let down. Would not recommend to purchase anything in this building until management is either replaced or comes to reality.
