As of July, this location is very hard to access. There is lots of construction going on around Union Station. It's somewhat difficult to access from Union Station as well. The service was great, however the food is as you can expect from any typical chain restaurant. The local signature burger was interesting, as it was topped with fried ravioli. A decent place to grab a quick bite.

We went in here to shop after the light and fire show at Union Station ( it is free by the way, lasts about 5 minutes and is something to see) We got to see the neat memorabilia they had all over of rock legends, their outfits, old albums and etc. Their food is also delicious, although we did not eat here this time, we have in the past. Some employees i noticed were lazy and let the hard workers do everything (which happens everywhere) .Employees told us that they were closing in August 2018 due to the rebuild of Union Station and whole gift shop is 50 percent off. I asked if they were relocating and she said probably? The people there were very courteous and friendly, but there were no penny presses, so my kiddos were kinda bummed, they really love those for souvenirs... We were able to get some really cool clothing though for school at half off though.. So all in all a good deal! God Bless and Make Beautiful Memories!

I had the bbq sandwich meal and it was delicious! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. It's located conveniently in the courtyard of the Union Station Hotel, so it was very nice to be able to walk from our room and not worry about traffic.

Kindof expensive, giftshop included. 😕 Service wasn't great. But the food, drinks & atmosphere were very good! Worth it to say you visited a Hard Rock Cafe.
