Look at the other reviews - probably all bots that have similar stock headshots and only a single review or two in nearly all cases. This company's lack of professionalism is astounding - they hire third party technicians that are ill-equipped to actually begin making even the most minor of repairs and then charge you $125 service fee for 10 minutes of time. Then, a conversation with their outsourced billing department is a another experience in and of itself, they contact you demanding payment immediately or will send it to their collections agency, refusing to have any actual conversation about the quality of the technicians that they partner with.

Emailed Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning for service at 930pm , the owner of the carmine called me at 945pm to help try to get my A/C started. Greg spent 2 hours trying to diagnose the issue over the phone. although we couldn't get it started we were able to find the issue. Craig sent his manager the very next day and didn't even charge me the service call fee. He spent 15 minutes replacing my contact block and had my A/C running right after. unbelievable service. it's rare to find professionals at this level.
