WHY do we pay professionals to GUESS?
The price he verbally quoted me was $910 that was with leak find ( that he did not perform) and up to 3-4 lbs of coolant. Thats why I declined the repair.
How is it that this company will come out to your property to do a diagnostic and in this description of this said diagnostic say Could be a possible leak ??? is it a leak or not. I could have guessed that for free. He was late looked at the unit for less than 10mins. Did not come in
The system was less than 5years old installed. $89 was a high price GUESS. This was poor service by VITT. Would NOT recommend -10 out of 10

2 hours after vitt came out I called another company and the came right out and recharged my system and they said no leaks was found. $150. And this was not a big name company. VITT and ACADEMY AIR ARE THE WORST!! You are paying for the commercials and the name. These kind of companies should only work on commercial real estates not homes. They are ridiculous

If I could give zero stars than I would. I went with this company after reading the reviews online. The biggest mistake I could have made. Let's start with the hot water heater. They installed the hot water heater, that night no hot water. Technician came out the next day and informed me that the 2 elements were broken. They replaced those. I'd come home some days with luke warm water and other days hot. After a few technicians later saying different things they finally brought out a new one to install. That problem was resolved. The furnace started with the thermostat saying 66 but it was extremely hot in the house. Technician came out and said that it was a faulty thermostat. He replaced that. A Day or 2 later the thermostat was saying 66 and it was cold in the house. They installed another thermost. Then the furnace was running non stop. Sent a different technician out and he said that that thermostat needed an add on wire attached so, he went to get one of those, installed that and it resolved that problem. Then the AC unit, when I started using that it was short cycling. They came out and said that they had to install another return in the house so that air would cycle appropriately. That did not fix the issue. They came out to replace the unit outside with a smaller unit and spent 8 hours here, tried to install 2 different units and said that they weren't working. They would contact the manufacturer and see if it was a bad batch. They left and the initial unit was hooked back up. The manager said he would contact me when he heard something. I never heard from him. I had to have another company come out and they had everything fixed within 2 hours. It came down to bad wiring installation and a non compatible thermostat. The new company fixed in 2 hours what this company could not find a resolution for in 7 months. Horrible customer service. In 7 months they had been out at my house roughly 15 times due to issues with their installed system. Services: Water heater installation, Heating system installation, Install AC
