My furnace broke down over the weekend which worried me a little due to the current weather. I did a quick call and they were able to send someone in the same day to fix the root of the problem. Their tech was very efficient, knowledgeable and immediately got to work the moment he arrived. Im very satisfied with the service and Id definitely call them again for any future issues with my unit.

The technicians from this place are extremely professional, competent, honest and fairly prices. They installed a new furnace in our home and my experience with them was incredible. Will not hesitate to refer anyone with heating and cooling needs to them. Kudos!!

We called on a very cold Saturday morning with no heat. Not only did the service guy answer the phone in the middle of doing a job but listened to our problem and promised he would come to our home and help. He and his crew showed up that night after a very cold snowy day and helped us out. We are so grateful for his professionalism and compassion. He fixed our furnace and we are so appreciative and would never think twice to call on his services. We highly recommend Nautilus Heating and Cooling and will always get our business.

When it came time to replace our heater and air conditioner our son and daughter-in-law recommended we talk to Nautilus Heating & Cooling and are we glad we did. John listened to our questions and concerns and gave us options to fit those needs. No high pressure sales just choices. The price was competitive and the warranty was far and above the best in the market. The install techs were polite, clean and knowledgeable answering all of our questions. We are very happy with our decision and confident that Nautilus Heating & Cooling will be there for us should the need arise in the future.
