Male & Female bathrooms were disgusting 🤢
Bought Ritz Bits, started driving & tasted horrible … looked at package aprox 1.5 years expired!!!
Plus filled up (it was on our side of road & direction we were driving) only to realize it was $0.07 more than mobil across the street 🤦

On March 11, 2021, I stopped at the St. James, MO BP station. I topped the diesel tank off on my car. As I continued on to Springfield, my car started cutting out and running rough. I scheduled an appointment with the VW dealership to have it checked. They found it had gas in the fuel. I tried to contact the station, but the phone was never answered. The repair bill from VW was $644.00. I sent an email to the company and they requested copies of all charges and a statement of facts. I faxed all the info to the number provided with the reference number assigned. Upon inquiry several weeks later, I was told it had not been received, would we email the information requested. I have emailed the info many times. The company has chosen not to address my issue. I will not be using any BP station in the future. Certainly giving the company a poor rating as we

The St. James location is about the nasttest one I've been in yet. Restroom sink was draining on the floor and by the smell in the restroom that wasn't mud on the floor nether.
