They let cops sit in their parking lot, looking like a parked car, so that the cop can trap anyone who doesn’t make a 3 Second stop at the stop sign. I hope the city of Weldon Springs is paying you. Because you’re gonna lose business over this. Idiots.

This company paid for $425 in merchandise at our business and then stopped payment on the check. They will not return my phone calls. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I was skeptical to do business with this company after the reviews. My experience was a bit different and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service from Tom. All of my dealings with him were long distance, as I am on the east cost and he was very responsive and transparent. He answered to all my questions very quickly, encouraged me to get a pre purchase inspection and was never pushy. If anything he was quite patient with my flood of questions and concerns.

Terrible business practices. I can't stress how much you should not buy from this company. Sold me a car that they had assured me had a lot of work done on it, that everything was in shape. Follow up trips to another mechanic ruled that to be false, and the car practically exploded on me while driving. Didn't want to give me my money back, was negligent in paying off my original loan back to the bank, causing hits to my credit, failed to properly fix issues with the car (I'd take it in for one thing, get it back with it and still something else broken), transmission issues within a few days of owning it. I wanted to trade the car back in, and was told that all of the money I'd put towards the car they'd be willing to transfer to a different car. Okay. Fine. I get there and am told that that is in fact not the case, and they will do no such thing. They then wanted to put me in another car that clearly had audible engine issues, and was missing most of the knobs and buttons inside. Manager was disrespectful to both me and to my mother, and it took months to get everything resolved. PLEASE do not purchase a car from them. They should be shut down.
