Really nice, relatable people. Got a little lost on the way to the location, but once they got there they worked their tails off. Unloaded a full 26’ trailer in about one hour.

Scheduled a move, was told (10 minuted before the time they were supposed to arrive) they couldn't make it due to an accident. Alright. I was able to get a few days extension from my Landlord. Now its Saturday so no other moving company is taking calls, I have to be out of the place and they no-call-no-showed me. I finally get a message 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be there, saying they can't do it and don't know when they can. All told, avoid unless you have time to reschedule multiple times. If they show up they may be great, but I'm going to be trying to get a truck today and hauling myself because I no longer have other options, AND I'm paying extra to my LL for the extra days at the old house. They may be nice folks, but I cannot recommend a company that would leave me in the lurch like this.

My second time using this business. I was happy with first move, this second move the guys either didn't load everything or offload. I reported a huge box with expensive supplies missing. The owner very efficient and usually helpful admitted that they made a stop on the way and surely the guys didn't unload or he hoped. No offer of a refund due to loss. He got paid and moved on about life and said sorry about your luck This company reported with professional complaint office at Attorney General

They was suppose to meet me Saturday morning between 10 - 10:30 a.m. I called them on the way there to my house and they said they was running late and would be there around 11:45 a.m. So that time came around no moving company!! We have to be out of the house Monday!!! Well I called them back and said if you can’t do it please let me know so I can get a u- haul ( they close at noon on Saturdays ) they assured me they would be there… Well 3 o’clock rolls around my husband calls leaves a message ( husband is at work ) William calls him back and isn’t acting right, told my husband he was in Charleston and getting off on the Lewisburg exit!! They put us in a bind however I truly believe William needs prayers to get back on track,I don’t recommend this company they will not show up!! My husband took off work today and we are having to find a U- haul to get moved out by 2:00pm… If you are considering using this company I would reconsider…

William and Mike and crew were awesome! They moved me from one state to another today. Loaded the truck (second floor) - no complaints. We both headed out and made it to my new place - they put everything back together - hooked up my washer and dryer - and asked me several times what else they could help me do to get settled. So nice and friendly. I highly recommend them, whether you are moving close by or farther away, like me!
