Steve did an amazing job working on my home warranty claim. He called to confirm appointments and was always very insightful and helpful but never pushy. I would highly recommend Acorn to anyone in need of good work done.

Steve was smart, quick, honesty and caring. He went above and beyond what i could have hoped for. He installed a new water heater and help curb the issues so I could keep my water on, why we ordered the heater. I highly recommend him.

Steve promised to be back the following week to pick up old water heater after replacement. Over 3 weeks later and after multiple calls, still has not returned calls and the old water heater remains. I cannot give anymore stars until the job is complete as promised.

Steven and Acorn Plumbing LLC earned my trust. We encountered a plumbing issue with our main bathroom greater than a do-it-yourself person should try to fix. Acorn responded quickly, gave a truthful and accurate evaluation of what was needed, and was prompt in following through. The quality of the repair work was more than satisfactory, and the final bill was more than fair and reasonable. I can honestly say now that, if any one asks for a recommendation, "I have a guy (company) you can trust." I know who to call for the next plumbing issue we encounter.

A few days ago we had an emergency plumbing situation and although Steve had a full schedule for the day, he still told us that he’d come on by because we have used him in the past. He fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. Complete pro and the only plumber we use.
