Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria

Customer service here is normally pretty iffy, but this time it was just awful. I get $5 large pizzas here because of my Lindenwood student discount pretty frequently. Normally, when I order the pizza, I come in, tell them I'm a student, and they apply the discount. This time, however, when I told the guy, he got a horrible attitude with me saying that I should have told him over the phone about the discount, even though I've never had to do that before, and started getting visibly angry because he didn't know how to apply the discount. He didn't bother to try and fix it or ask a manager for help, and I had to pay full price for the pizza which wouldn't be a huge deal if the guy wouldn't have been so rude about it. Place sucks customer service wise but if they stick to their word about the student discount I'll keep coming back

Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria has very poor service and food. I heard they were a good Establishment then come to find out it was some of the lowest quality food I've ever ordered. Zero toppings on the Hamburger when it says it comes with them on the menu. Then was told different when I called. Very little fries with both orders as well. It was all dry and old food and I wish I would have gotten my money back. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would.

The guy serving us name was mike I think. Was vary nice and Polite And was very helpful making sure we were taken care of

Awesome food! Ordered for staff today and needed lunch here by a certain time! They arrived a few minutes early giving us time to set up a food line! Thanks guys!

I'm not one to normally complain but this was absolutely the worst customer service I'VE EVER experienced and I will not be going back nor do I recommend anyone ever going!! The owner is the rudest, most unprofessional , disrespectful ,complaining owner I've EVER came across and should have never took the place over if he can't even handle the responsibilities that come with and treat his customers and employees as we/they deserve to be treated!! Don't even see how they have even 3 stars and if there was an option to give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat!! Please save yourself the time and money and horrible customer service experience that I as well as MANY others I've talked to have had!
