Jeff Strickland - State Farm Insurance Agent

Every request takes a lifetime to get an answer on. I shouldn't have to hound someone to get answers on policy questions. The last requests to them took 11 days to get a response. We have never filed a claim, and rarely need anything at all, but the once or twice a year we do need something showing proof of insurance or adding new equipment to our policy, it's like pulling teeth. We finally left, and no surprise - it took forever to get them to provide their end of the paperwork on that too. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have a safe drive device and I wanted to mail it back to State Farm. The woman said I had to bring it in to them or one close to me. At the time, the State Farm closest to me, wasn't allowing indoor service. The reason I didn't like device, was because it used up and over my mobile data.
