Installation of our new Rheem heat pump system went smoothly and the new system is unbelievably efficient. The system is quiet and efficient as well as affordable. We went with the UV air sanitation system which is a must for any system. After removing the old A coil it was found to be contaminated with mold. The UV light will kill mold and bacteria as the light hits it. I cant say enough good things about the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the installation crew. You guys did an incredible job! We were expecting to have to wait a while to get our project done with the high temps, but you showed up in 2 business days, got a really annoying job done fast and without any fuss, and charged us half of what we expected. I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. Their customer service personnel are so nice and they get your service call scheduled very promptly. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. Missouri Furnace & Air Conditioning is a truly exceptional company and I would never trust the care of my heating and cooling systems to anyone else. I give them my highest recommendation!

I had new Trane vac system installed about two years ago. I used them because the had the lowest bid. They had three techs come in and install the system. The techs were young and inexpirenced, they had maybe six years experience between them! Ever since they installed the system, I have had nothing but problems!!! At first I thought its was bad thermostat, after a new thermostat was installed, I was still having problems! Three technicians later, I contacted a trained service tech, who went through the whole system! He found a wire in the outside unit that was not even connected!!! I will never use Mo. Furnace again for anything!!! And I would not even recommend them to dog!!! A cheap bid is not always the best solution!! Cheap bids means cheap work and under qualified techs!! The money I spent to finally get the furnace fixed, far outweighs the money I have spent on repairs!!!! Do not use this company!!!
