Our upstairs bathroom flooded our main floor ceiling and into our basement. We had several inches of standing water, a living room ceiling that had collapsed and flooring that was ruined.
We called Service Master and Tracy helped set us up with Leo and his team right away. Within a few hours the team had cut away the ceiling, torn out our damaged flooring, pulled our carpet back and immediately began the remediation process.
The team was so thorough and fast and worked well into the evening to make sure our damage was dealt with as quickly as possible.
Everyone we worked with from Tracy to Leo to Josh made us feel that they cared about our loss and the damages to our home. They were sympathetic and patient in a stressful time and we so appreciated their professionalism.
I would highly recommend Service Master of St Charles!

Great company with great people. Had someone at my house within 30 minutes of my call. Project manager was great and got mitigation done quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and were friendly.
