Thoele Corporate Office

Worked for this company driving a dump truck. Watched them fire a colleague and steal his paycheck because he put in his 2 weeks. Watched another employee get terminated after having an accident in a dump truck and yet again they tried keeping his last check. Cannot stress enough how this company needs to go under. Not good people, shouldnt be open.

Worked for thoele for around 3 years but my family members have been for over 5 all together. They're not nice people, they never cared for the employees or the stores we had to get our own supplies half of the tome and we were extremely under payed and we got verbally about by our store managers at store #350 on First capital and the GM. The owner wasn't professional and would hire her own family that literally would just be on her phone and miss count money and steal from the other locations but the owner would blame other employees. And I've been wait for my W2 for over a month. I would not do business with a Thoele They're rude, unprofessional and broke.

I played one of the gas station slot machines they had at the gas station on HWY 79, on 2/09/23. After winning $300, I was told by the employees of the gas station that they didnt have access to the money to pay out. I was told to come back in when the manager was there. When I returned, the slot machines had been removed and I was told by the manager that he didnt have any money to pay me. I was told to call Linda and given the number. I have made in excess of 15 calls to Linda, with NOT a single returned call. I am going to make it a point to stop by the Corporate office every day now, until this issue is resolved. NOBODY LIKE A THIEF and that is what Linda and this company is.

Storage units were not cleaned before we got them , and it's been well over 60 days for them to return our deposits. We shouldn't have to clean out someone else's mess ! So Very disappointed Won't be useing them again unless they repay our deposits very quickly , I went through a flood in July 2022 , before you rent think about using someone else. I thought they were a respectable business guess I was wrong , I even had to oil the locks myself before they would work. And make sure you get a receipt for turning in your keys if you do have to use them , it was full of cob or spider webs, dirty floors , etc.
