If debating whether to get PADI certified or not, do it now with Midwest Scuba. Decided to get my son and myself certified and after searching picked Midwest. Owner Kris was great and very informative. Every instructor and dive master was patient with us and they made the experience great. George, Bobby, Joe, and Tak all communicated in a great manner and were great teachers. So glad we decided to do this can wait until our first dive trip!!!

About a year ago I dropped off 2 paintball tanks to get their routine re-hydro test. Weeks went by without a call so I called them and they said they couldnt find my tanks. Needless to say Im out over $300 with no reimbursement.

Was headed to Aruba and needed a battery for my dive computer, also wanted a quick reg check...swung by Midwest Scuba for the first time hoping they would have all I needed. Unfortunately they did not have the battery but Kris went out of his way to call other shops and find the battery for me. Then he proceeded to stop everything he was doing and take the time to check my reg, talk to me about some new equipment and even loaned me a pair of fins(demo model) I was interested in for my trip so that I could try before I bought. I gotta say I'm sold on this shop they won my business and I love that I was treated like a friend rather than a credit card...relationships are everything and Kris sealed the deal with his professional service and attention to detail. Well done!
