ARC construction was sent to me by my insurance company for reconstruction after water damage that incurred in my basement laundry room. Rick was amazing. He initiated an honest conversation with me about where the insurance money would be best spent. We agreed it would be best put toward fixing a crack in the foundation found when old flooring removed. Foundation work is something ARC does not do. So at absolutely no profit to himself or ARC he gave me really sound honest advice. After dealing for over a month with a seemingly dishonest water mitigation company Rick has restored my faith in humanity. Not everyone is out to get what they can even if it’s not in the customer’s best interest. What a concept!! thank you!!

Had severe water damage and insurance company contracted with company for initial water mitigation and said that ARC was a approved contractor. Initially everything was good. Paid for certain upgrades not covered by insurance and installation and restoration was good. Apparently the plumbing connection of the vanity to the main stack wasn't installed correctly. Willing to pay for the repairs. They sent estimator. Got estimate. Now they just won't respond or reply. Numerous emails voice messages and talked to the receptionist. Still nothing. They obviously know that they did something wrong and don't want to stand behind there work. Good luck.
