        BEST insurance agent ever. Best insurance company ever. James Sr. Came to my downtown office in 1993 to start my policies. Since then I have had all my cars and homes insured through his agency office, my jewelry and life. We have had a few claims over the years and never had any issue. The corporate claims people were easy to deal with. The office staff is amazing. James Jr. Is great to deal with. I will never go elsewhere. UPDATE: Jim Webster and his team recently went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a claim I had. They served as liaison to SF corporate and got the claim paid. The Jim Webster team provided solid customer service. Rare in our world and from an insurance company.

        This office has made me want a new agent on many occasions. Hard to get ahold of, have to nag for them to give me a quote, and seems like only 1 person wants to actually work and that's not Jim Sr.
