Odd experience when these guys came out to bid a job. One guy was asking WAY to many questions about other matters and it was off putting. Also tried just waaay too hard to get a job that I wasn’t even wanting a bid on. When a salesman tries to make it sound like the world will end if you don’t buy what they are selling, my BS meter goes off. Seeking a second opinion confirmed my suspicions about these guys. ALWAYS seek second and third opinions when it comes to a big project on your home and ask around about a company. Don’t be fooled by fast talking salesmen. And note I am saying SALESMEN for a reason. These guys won’t be doing the work the will sub out your job. They won’t tell you that upfront though.

Buyer beware: Had a leaky roof and need to get it fixed. Got a couple of quotes and went with He-meyer roofing, they had good reviews and seem like it would be a quality roof. Wesley was the point person for this project. Should have walked when he called and said that he got the slope wrong and need to make an adjustment to the project costing me more money. Being that I need to get this done I let it go as an honest mistake. Materials where delivered and a crew comes by to look things over. Turns out that Wesley of He-meyer roofing subbed it out to L&S roofing whose reviews are average at best. Then L&S roofing said that because a part of my roof was basically flat that it would require a membrane to do the job right and be able to guarantee the roof. Again, costing me more money. L&S completed the roof and it looked like they did a decent job but then we had a torrential rain and the was still a small amount of water getting in around the front porch/chimney area. Additionally, as part of the arrangement all old materials where supposed to be removed from my yard. Some of the old metal roof was left and Wesley said he would be by to get it to donate to the local fire department. Two months later and weekly message back and forth the metal roof remained in my yard. On a side note Wesley could have gotten another 8000 in business from me because I had another project for him. Apparently, he doesn’t care much for the business. I will never use Wesely or He-meyer ever again. JM Service: Roof installation

I needed a new roof and He-Meyer answered my call. Besides my roof, I got my fascias and soffits covered with metal and my gutters replaced. They handled it all. Got my roof done in two days when the weather gave us some clear days.

I called He-Meyer to ask about some leaking we had around our chimney. Brandon and another crew member came out and fixed what should’ve been done by the previous roofer. Would highly recommend for his thoroughness, value and customer service.

We lost our home to a house fire and he- meyer roofing and exterior llc did our roof and siding. Our siding continues to fall off the house and Brandon has been back three times now with it getting worse everytime. They have been very unprofessional and refuse to even call us back knowing that their work is horrible. We paid over 8,000 to have cut ends of siding in the middle of our home where finished edges should be, siding falling off every side of our home or buckling. Silicone ran down the front of our home to try to hold pieces together. I hope nobody has to ever encounter what we have had to deal with.
