    Parking lot was empty upon arrival and we have a 17 hour drive ahead of us. When I asked for a later checkout the "front desk person" who looked like a literal child told she "didn't think so". Ridiculous. This is advertised as a hotel.... it's a roach motel at best. Not accessible, no elevators, and ask of the doors open to the outside. You should be sued for false advertisement. It's a grody motel with dingy pillows, sticky floors, and horrendously poor customer service. Do NOT stay here!

    Nice clean room, very spacious love it. Very big bathroom as well. Food & drinks: 5 restaurants in a 2 to 5 mins walking distance

    I do not recommend staying here. I travel for work and Ive stayed at a lot of less than satisfactory places but this is by far the worst. - There were not enough lights in the stairwells for a place that has external entrances to all the rooms. - The shower was very dingy looking. - The carpet felt very sticky in my room. - My company card was charged for a missing pillow. I did not take a pillow from this hotel. 1) Hotel pillows are not comfortable. 2) This hotel pillows did not look clean. Why would I want a dingy pillow? 3) Called to get it resolved and was told this is hotel policy. Its hotel policy to charge people for whatever you deem is missing? I find that odd. - I will now be taking pictures as I leave my hotel room. Not only was I not inform of this charge, I did not receive a receipt after the charge was made. I will never stay here again and I have informed my supervisor to pass the message along to our teams.

We are sorry that you feel as if we messed up your reservation. Priceline was the maker of your reservation through the internet, and commonly those reservations are completely made by computer from home. No contact information was left during the Priceline information request. Furthermore, the original reservation request that came in from Priceline was for a king smoking room., that we did not have available. We did have a double queen smoking available that you were given, at no extra charge. At no time during the original booking process was the hotel involved in choosing the type of room (smoking) were we responsible for doing. Please check your original booking information that Priceline sent to you to confirm this. We hope that your day is a blessed one.
