They are one stop shop for physical well being. I was there for some one else.i switched to Mercy years ago. Except emergency.Saved my life last year!

Being on the outside of things Phelps is terrible. They don’t know what’s going on nor do they update you about family. Nurse Shasta is rude and didn’t help at all. When I asked for my Fiancé to be transferred they said it was illegal if they can help him. I will never take a loved one there again. Even though he was out of quarantine they put another covid patient in his room with no mask.

Don’t go here if you have other options. Low quality, unprepared, rude, uncoordinated, and very unprofessional care team and services including doctors and nurses. You will be lucky if you get out of this hospital alive. I delivered my baby here and I am just thankful we got out of this hospital alive.

Awesome hospital! Very good, knowledgeable, understanding and paitent people that are willing to go the extra mile for your comfort and safety !! Speaking for north gate - second floor staff. 🤗😁 Thank you guys for all you do !!
