An agent came over to my parents, sold my mother a Medicare supplement plan my mom is not even on medicare so I dont know how thats legal, the agent also sold my mom an their IUL product, dropping words like retirement income replacement.. this a whole life policy that accumulates cash value but you have to pay on the policy YOUR WHOLE LIFE ! My mom is 64... she actually thought she was buying a retirement policy. This agent got my mom for $898 a month on a policy she was gonna have to pay for the rest of her life thinking shes buying something for retirement! God only knows how many other people this agent sold med sup policies to who arent on actual Medicare!! Disgusting, these agents taking advantage of people and their money

I would recommend Bankers life to everyone. Chris Clark is a great agent that helps you understand exactly what you need. He is very personal and has great service!!

I love bankers life, great community. Every one of the local agents is very friendly and are willing to come straight to you to help out with any issues. The coverages they allow you to invest in are very reasonably priced and help in a variety of ways. Would recommend 10/10

None of the phone numbers end up with a real person, regardless of which option you choose. The 1-800 number refers you to the office number, where you can't get a real person. The office number refers you to the 1-800 number, where you can't get a real person. Bankers Life is obviously more interested in profit than customer service...
