The guys that cleaned my carpet did an immaculate job....the stairs, hallway, and the room they cleaned looked great! I was very pleased with their cleaning service, however I was a tad frustrated with the business side. A representative called me and asked for my debit card number because they couldn't find the transaction showing I paid. After looking at my debit card transactions I saw the charged did go through. She stated she needed the card number however I had already left my home so I had to call my home to get the card number and that did take a while... Long story short I did call back the representative said everything was fine. This morning I looked at my debit card transactions and I had been charged twice for the carpet cleaning. I called to find out when will the second charge be removed, the manager told me just wait it out it should come off however doesn't know when and you were suppose to call back yesterday but you didn't so we had to run your card again. But he told he he wasn't there yesterday and that is what was told to him. I felt he was somewhat dismissive and very nonchalant about their error and inconvenience they have caused me... would I use their services again maybe...but next time I'll pay with cash.

This was ridiculous. The representatives that I talked to kept playing on words and twisting mine around. After the first cleaning it brought up dog smells that weren’t there to begin with. So I called again to use your services again or see what they could have done to help. They told me about the deodorizing, and I wanted to pay for deodorizing AFTER ensuring they guaranteed if the smell wouldn’t go away in 30 days they would come back out. I confirmed this several times and they said yes. This is why I decided to use you guys for the SECOND time. But when I called back before the 30 day period they told me they can’t guarantee deodorizing. After arguing for some time they decided to go out and apply another kind of deodorizing agent. They went out for ONE stair, they didn’t even clean the step that was STILL visibly dirty from the INITIAL cleaning. Your hold line specifically guarantees the carpet being as clean as possible and satisfaction guaranteed but it has been anything but. I called today after they took the time to deodorize the first step and state that they didn’t even bother to clean the step! She said I didn’t tell them it was dirty! But it was one of the many things we argued about because I was so upset. Either way it just doesn’t make sense that a company won’t keep it’s guarantee and if it does go back only treats A SINGLE step.

I honestly don't know where to start. With permission, Ben and Josh arrived slightly before the two-hour window (who likes those necessary evils?) and had to be encouraged to park closer to make their lives easier. Ben came in and expertly assessed the situation (it wasn't great in my mind, he seemed unphased). Josh went to work prepping and getting everything ready to roll. By the time we did a very small walk-through (I had three areas and a hall cleaned), signed necessary paperwork we were off to the races. The methodical, synchronized workflow made the difficult task at hand look easy. (I've cleaned carpets. For those who haven't, it's NEVER easy.) I was impressed by the attention to detail to trouble spots I hadn't even noticed. Talking with the two was a pleasure and entertaining. They were pros and took no liberties and did not make me feel at all uncomfortable having them in my home. They were an absolute joy. Kudos to Sears on this exceptional team who rehabbed some rental carpet above and beyond any expectations I had. Six stars -- if there is such a thing. My only complaint, if you can call it one, is on the scheduling end of things, they are very committed to keeping you informed of when they arrive, etc. (I'm joking here.) I do recommend booking and scheduling during normal business hours and avoiding the call service which will result in calls during business hours anyway. But that's just advice and not a criticism in the least. I'll be using them again and hope Ben and Josh are providing my service.
