I agree with other reviewers that Tony is one of the best technicians out there. Worked on our stuck slider until it could be brought in. He knew where to look for mechanicals in our RV, which is always a challenge and was innovative in how to solve our problem. Very courteous and even sent a follow up text to check on us. Call him if you need help in Lake of the Ozarks area

Tony at Jim's Road Service is among the best in the business. Honest, courteous, passionate about his work, dedicated to getting his client back on the road. I hope he is available should I ever need road service in his area. Burned up discontinued sealed bearings. Tore up new tire, twisted new rim, bent the arm holding the disk brake pads.

Tony with Jim's Road Service repaired our RV after another shop had screwed up installing wheels bearings and seals for us. He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and performed the repairs correctly so we had no further issues. I would definitely call them again!
