        We rented a UHaul for a single day move using the self checking process. The local experience was NOT great, but the corporate support team ended up making it right. Specifically, upon arrival, it took 20 mins of sitting outside the gate to create an account. Once inside, there was no dolly in the truck, which we paid for. Lastly, the truck was dirty. Overall not the best experience, but again, the corporate team made it right with a partial refund.
