        Mobile service dept was awesome. We had them come out a couple times due to separate issues with our travel trailer. They were always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and their rates were unbelievably reasonable. Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone having issues with their RV.

        We bought our first RV on Saturday, a 2014 Keystone Cougar. It is beautiful! Richard and all others at KC RV's were amazing throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help us understand a new language and feel comfortable with our purchase based on what our family needed in an RV. We've never spoken RV before so it's an entirely new language to us. KC RV's is the place to go if you're looking for a clean, quality, already-loved RV, as well as experienced, friendly staff that feels family. We cannot wait for our first family adventure in our new Cougar! Thank you KC RV's! See you all at the campgrounds!!

        They solicited me on line I did not get the follow up information and contract they promised. He also did not identify himself as an employee when I asked what was his relationship to the company. I was told to follow up with the owner but each time I called, each employee was more rude than the previous. The owner showed no interest in being professional or answering any of my questions and he just wished me luck by email. They are Incredibly unprofessional and rude. So glad I did not consign with them.
