He was able to explain the value in his product, contrast his product with competitors, and was patient with my questions as I determined if his offer was worth our investment. He took extra time with me making calculations and was both patient and kind when my kids frequently interrupted. My wife and I were looking into the cost to get ALL of the windows in the house replaced. 37 WINDOWS!!! Needless to say, we were prepared for a crazy high bid. Which we did get from another company. When Seth from Bordner came by to give us an estimate, not only did he walk us through what we needed regarding replacement, he thoroughly explained the WHY. Seth provided options to get the most savings without losing aesthetic appeal or functionality. He priced our windows 40% under the previous competitor's bid. Great job Seth!
