        Workouts are different everyday, and begin based on my schedule. Trainers know me, and what I can do...when to push and when to support. Great calorie burn and physical improvement with every workout.

        9Round in Raymore is the best!! There is always 1-2 trainers there at all times. The trainers are very engaging and know exactly when to push you harder or give you a breather. There is not one of them that I dont absolutely love!! Not to mention the others that are there working out. Everyone I have met is very encouraging to everyone else. It is like a big family! I have been going for 2 months now and it was the best decision I have made for my health. No regrets!!! Hope to see you there!!!

        I have been going to 9Round since they opened and its by far the best workout in town! The workout itself is always changing and ever so challenging. I feel like Ive died EVERY.SINGLE.TIME but in a good, I just got my butt kicked, way! The owners are great and very involved in our community and the trainers are awesome! Give it a try you wont regret it!
