Refused to take my core charge for power steering pump for not having box to go along with it. Ive done this multiple times and have never needed a box for a core. Went down the road and got my core charge else where, employees are just lazy.

Kid behind the counter was "working on shocks for his remote control car" I asked for jumper cables and was pointed toward a wall. First O'Reilly's I've visited that said no when I asked to use a restroom.

Went to buy a thermostat a few months back, the lady took $10 off the price because the cheapest option wasnt available, she reminded me several times that it has a warranty tied to my phone number, and it did, I got the same part again through it. Very helpful people.
