Peculiar Medical Clinic

Literally anyone you get on the phone with is rude and it’s been this way for years.

The worst doc office I've ever encountered. They're unorganized, confused, and forgetful. You get the run around any time you try to get prescription refills sent. They forget to send them, even with reminder calls. They send them to the wrong pharmacy. They sent the wrong quantities. Seriously, don't bother going here.

I’m tired of being put on hold for 30min every time I call this place when I want to call the dr. Office I don’t want to be on hold every time fix your stuff!!!

Dr. Beatty is harmful. I was under her care for years and trusted every word she said. I have a glandular disease and she never took it seriously. She refused to recheck my levels when I asked, she shamed me for my weight (even though I was on a strict diet and exercise routine), and she told me one main symptom of my disease was not a symptom at all. I have switched doctors and have since been symptom free. I truly hope she gets looked into. This is just my story, I know of 2 other people who have deadlier ones.
