Had an issue with a slide-out while enroute from MN to New Orleans... called, their technician helped me diagnose, (canned goods fell onto the floor & lodged under the slideout...) he assisted me (or I him) and was on the road in 30 minutes. Very reasonable fee... Just asked for a tip to the mechanic...

Worst place l have ever did business with when l tried to explain what was going on with my refrigerator they said they didn't want to to here it took in for recall didn't care ended not getting anything fixed had to take it elsewhere rudest people l have ever dealt with....

I called and scheduled mobile service on our RV for while we were staying at an RV Park nearby. I made the appointment for Tuesday 08/18/2020, well in advance. We needed a small roof repair and screws replaced in a slide. On the trip to the area the valance over our rear window came loose. Overnight our fridge stopped cooling. I got up early to call Bellstein's and let them know about the two additional items. I was asked which screws, I indicated they were outside of the slide. The crew of 2 showed up at a few minutes past 9. We told them what we had for them and they went to work. They were able to diagnose the fridge as a cooling unit issue. They fixed our roof and we were pleased with the work they did. They told us they would come back with a brad machine to fix the valance and to replace the screws that were missing their heads. I called them to get a copy of the invoice to send to our manufacturer so they could get us a cooling unit. It was sent to me fairly quickly. Here's the problem: Megan in service. I called on Wednesday to find out when they were coming to fix the valance and replace the screws. I told her that the guys told us they would be back. She said that she knew that they did, because they told her, but she had to get a trailer out, so she didn't know when they could come and she'd get back to me. She didn't. Today, I called and she said, "We sold a trailer and that trumps your repair!" She also said, "You'll just have to get those things fixed at the next place." I was very surprised at her attitude, and unwillingness to even try to help us with the other repairs. The bottom line: If you book mobile repairs it better be something they can fix right away. Otherwise, I wouldn't count on them!

Anytime that I have an issue with a RV or anything else they are always there to help. Great customer service by Meagan. Mark is getting REALLY REALLY REALLY old and needs to be staying off of ladders!!
