Ozmo Restaurant

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My wife and I tried Ozmo for the first time this evening and were incredibly disappointed. The only positive feedback I have regards the food, which was alright (but not great by any means). The service was atrocious. Be prepared for long waits, forgotten menu items, and incorrect orders. The atmosphere was dingy, chocked full of loud pop music and torn furnitire. Lastly, it was expensive! Save your time and money and travel to a nicer restaurant in Springfield if you are in the mood for Asian cuisine.

If you are ever in the Ozark/Springfield area, you NEED to try OzMo. The food is absolutely amazing and the service never disappoints! I live in Georgia, and anytime I come visit Missouri I always make a stop at OzMo for their quality food!

It was so enjoyable. The Sushi, "Volcano", is super delish! My plate was on fire, lol. I had a wonderful server, her name is CJ, I think. Anyways, super friendly and insightful. Overall, it was great!

I had left a great 5 star review but last night definitely changed that. Have been a regular customer for a few years. Unfortunately, we had a very snotty, smart a** waitress last night and rotten avocado in our sushi roll. My mother had a question about the description of a menu item and the rude waitress responded "I don't know, I didn't write the menu myself" with much attitude. We asked for the check to be split in two and when the check came not split it seemed we were asking a lot of her to do so and she also argued with us that we did not in fact ask for the check to be split in the beginning. All of the other wait staff has been nothing but super friendly and helpful. Horrible waitress. The owner came by to apologize that the avocado was black and said that it was because it was frozen. I have froze avocado before and never did freezing them turn them black. The sushi roll was discounted only 50% even though only a few pieces were eaten when we sent it back. We spend over $200 per month at Ozmo and they couldn't even take it off our bill or offer to replace it.
