Americas Best Value Inn - Ozark/Springfield

Very dated rooms, breakfast very limited, no juices, no hot water for tea. Rooms are clean, but that is really the only positive to this place. WILL NOT BE BACK ! Microwave kept quitting, had to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work. This place is a disgrace to the Wyndham name.

I also booked ahead for 3 adults and the front desk tried to clip me for another 10 dollars a night. Hot tub was literally ice bath challenge along with pool ice cold all three nights. Breakfast was a hard boiled egg or Lance's peanut butter cheese crackers. No juice, bread for toast is from a community sack of great value white bread along with butter,jelly,and community gallon of milk in fridge.

All employees were friendly and helpful. The were accommodating when we asked for something. We had to ask for towels every day. The area is safe and parking lot is well lit. There was a mattress laying in the back of the parking lot by the dumpster, that was gross. Seemed to have been recently painted and newer carpet in the hallways. The plastic mattress cover was a nightmare! Every time I moved it woke me up with crinkling noise. I wanted to take it off so I could sleep! The smell in the lobby area was awful. Couldnt go into the seating area due to the smell. The breakfast was prewrapped muffins and cheese/peanut butter crackers. Didnt try the coffee or beverage. Out of order juice dispenser. Our room card kept deactivating, at one point the desk attendant walked down the hall to my room with the master card to let me into the room, as soon as I left, I couldnt get back into the room.
