Absolutely LOVED my experience here! It was roughly 50$ for my haircut so overall the price was somewhat reasonable. My stylist was able to fix a lot of the mistakes that had been made in my prior haircut and was very friendly and personable. The environment was very relaxing and the coffee bar was a nice touch as well

After coming in for my scheduled appointment, I was told that they were not actually comfortable doing the haircut. A simple fade/ high and tight. I live 30 minutes away and have to have a schedule to keep, as well. I asked to speak to the manager simply bc the principle of the situation is unprofessional. They took the amount of accountability you'd expect from great clips, blaming the receptionist and offering to reschedule, while telling me there were 3 people in the back that could perform the service they scheduled me for but they were all on their break. Yikes. 3:16 salon is always very nice. Of the 4 or 5 experiences I had here nearly all of them felt like I hot 5 dollar attitude and $50 prices for a fade and a beard blend, or as you see here even less professionalism than you'd expect from anywhere! No thanks.

This place has an amazing atmosphere and amazing people. Caleb is the best hairstylist. He is like a magician!
