I have always found the staff very helpful at Ann Taylor. We have been shopping this outlet for years every year during our vacation to lake of the Ozarks. They always have great deals and quality clothes

My sister was trying to buy something today and used her teacher ID to get their teacher discount. The associate ringing her up, Elizabeth, said thats not really a teacher ID. We didnt think we heard her correctly, but she repeated it. It was extremely rude, we were shocked (and it was in fact a teacher ID).
An associate named Joy in the fitting rooms however, was extremely helpful and sweet. But one rude person can ruin a shopping experience!
