We loved working with Becky for our family photos. We finally found our photographer!! She is professional, prompt and amazing with children. The day we were set for our session, it rained all morning and we knew wed get a clearing around our scheduled time, Becky was awesome in that she was able to suggest a different, really cool location last minute that wasnt as affected by all the rain. Our boys loved her and we cant wait to see how our images turned out.

I heard about this business on Facebook when a girl I went to high school with posted pictures and tagged the owner. I decided to directly message and ask questions and then she sent me a link to pay for a 75 dollar retainer to hold a newborn session for me. No where in the link she sent did it give her location so I assumed she was close to me since the girl I saw that had pictures done by her went to my high school. Later I added her as a friend on Facebook and found out she actually lived in Missouri and that is over a 4 hour drive one way from where I live. I messaged her and explained the mistake and mix up and she wasnt happy because she was on maternity leave (which I understand but had to speak up once I noticed the mistake). I kindly asked for a refund and tried to send her multiple messages with no response. Finally I decided to go through PayPal for a response since I wasnt sure if I was going to hear back from her. She sent me a message putting me off and said she would get back to me and I just explained I had to go through PayPal before the 180 day refund promise was up and she got very unprofessional and mad that I took that route. She told me that I would not be getting a refund and not to contact her anymore. So unfortunately I am continuing with the claim.
