        Made an appointment far in advance. Showed up on time, signed in and was then ignored by check in staff. They checked in other people before me and I finally walked up to the front to make sure I was checked in. Fast forward, I have now been here 45 minutes past my appointment time and the check in staff call me up to say the tech has left for the day. She thought I was a no-show. I am very upset. I had to take off time at work to get this procedure done, losing money. Along with the cost of the procedure I now have to reschedule.

        Super service. Appointments are on time. You are in and out for your imaging service, in well under an hour. From check in to walking out the door, maybe 25-40 minutes. I've had mammograms here the past three years. Very efficient, and very kind staff.
