Excellent customer service, both for being willing to work with you and being polite. For some reason, both things are hard to find in menswear stores. Their standard prices are about medium for the quality tier they provide, but they do have good sales somewhat often. I was able to snatch up a made to measure custom suit for less than comparable off the rack suits from other vendors. If you're wanting to go fully customized (bespoke) and full-canvas, you're not going to be able to get it from a chain storefront period, and it's not going to be less than a grand. But all in all, this is a good business to be your go-to for off the rack or made to measure (what most people need). And there's not much below Jos A Bank's price tier that I'd trust to be durable, regardless if it's 100% wool or not.
